Instant Drink Powder Mango Fruit Powder

Mango Fruit Powder is made from natural mango fruit by vacuum freeze drying or spray dried technology. Mango powder is rich in dietary fiber, vitamin A, C, D, E, vitamin B-6, beta-carotene, minerals, including sodium, calcium, potassium and so on.

Production process of spray dried fruit powder : after the raw fruit is cleaned with drinking water, pure water is added for crushing and filtration. The filtrate is added with maltodextrin (10% to 30%) for spray drying, crushing, 100% of the filtrate passes 80 mesh screen, mixed evenly, sampled and tested, and packaged into storage after reaching the standard.

Production process of freeze-dried fruit powder: raw fruit is purchased after preliminary inspection and screening. After entering the factory, the fruit with similar quality is selected to check whether there is any damage, and the fruit is loaded into the plate for freeze-drying treatment. After exiting the warehouse, the fruit is checked whether it is completely freeze-dried.

Spray dried fruit powder is soluble in water, freeze-dried fruit powder is insoluble in water; 

• Spray dried fruit powder is generally used in solid drinks, meal replacement powder, beverages and other products that require water solubility. 
• Freeze-dried fruit powder is generally used in the production of snacks, baked goods, candies and other products that do not require water solubility. Some customers also use it as dietary nutritional supplement or meal replacement powder.
